You can't choose what happens to you, but you can choose how you respond.
We all have our own challenges in life ... some big, some small. Unfortunately, most of us were never formally taught how to deal with challenges, and therefore look at them as “problems” at which we do our best to solve. But the BIG ones, like losses, setbacks or failures, can often leave us feeling discouraged, angry or even at a loss for knowing what to do.
The good news is that most people are unaware of the ONE approach to guide them to their clearest choices. I had to learn it the hard way.
When I had no idea what to do when faced with a trifecta of personal losses, I learned that our clearest choices come not from doing but from listening. This simple lifestyle change not only gave me clarity and direction, but it has given me more calm in all aspects of my daily life.

I share this simple, repeatable approach I learned the hard way in my book The Serenity Mindset. For ongoing encouragement, I share a very brief real-life tip each Monday morning in my post called Simple. Sweet. Serenity. Follow us on social for some serenity surprises!
The Serenity Mindset
Simple. Sweet. Serenity.
I help people learn how to handle everyday challenges in life so they ultimately see them as interesting "growth opportunities" instead of "problems." My simple and effective techniques have inspired and empowered hundreds of women (and some men) to live their lives with intention instead of on autopilot, and find more time for what makes them truly happy.
My experiences from a 30-year corporate America leadership tenure combined with my personal tragedies journey and my genuine concern for people make me a heartfelt storyteller whose unique perspective about what matters in life is really resonating with audiences internationally.
