Are You Sensing It?
Have you ever thought about how powerful nature is? Our forests, rivers, oceans and soils provide us with the food we eat, the air we breathe, and the water we irrigate our crops with.
But nature also keeps us physically healthier by strengthening the immune system. The everyday thinking mind, with its restless concerns and continual planning, calms down in nature. The body feels more at ease, and the heart slowly opens and resonates with the peace of the natural world.
Nature teaches us simplicity and contentment, because in its presence we realize we need very little to be happy. It naturally heightens our senses.
Take a short walk and chances are you will be able to see, smell, hear, touch and perhaps even taste the magic of nature. Enjoy!
