Do You Need A Recharge?
I bet there is not one person who is reading this that has not been challenged with a technology issue at some point in time. If you are lucky, you call customer support, and are able to talk to a human being. After gathering all of your account information, the support person is very likely to ask: "have you tried unplugging the device for at least 10 minutes, and then trying it again?

"I don't know about you, but most of the time, that unplugging trick really does fix the problem. I've gotten to where I try the unplug/wait/plug routine myself before even calling customer support!
Why limit this technique to just your devices? It is just as important for us as individuals to unplug, rest and recharge. Rest is an important part of a healthy lifestyle for all ages. It rejuvenates our bodies and minds, regulates our moods, and is linked to learning and memory function. Not getting enough rest can negatively affect mood, immune system, memory, and stress level.
American novelist Anne Lamott summarizes it as:
"Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes ... Including you."
So go ahead ... unplug and do something that relaxes you regularly!
