Want To Be Loved More?
I highly recommend taking a 30-minute break to read The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse. It is a beautiful little quick-read book about friendship. One of my favorite excepts is:
"So you know all about me?" asked the boy, "Yes" said the horse. "And you still love me?" "We love you all the more."

Some people have a difficult time relying on their friends for emotional support or sharing their personal feelings with them. But ironically, having the courage to open up and share is the beginning of love and belonging.
Vulnerability is the path to a deeper and more meaningful life. Just as the boy in the book learned, others love you all the more when you practice vulnerability, and share your emotions.
This Week's Focus:
This week, even if it feels a bit uncomfortable, practice vulnerability. The next time you meet up with a friend, tell them something you are struggling with. That’s all it takes.

Click on the serenity sticky to print, cut and post on your bathroom mirror to remind you of this week's focus. Good luck!
