What Gets You Every Time?
What makes you smile, or what used to make you smile? Here are a few of the things that will get me every time!!
Did you know that smiling releases endorphins, which helps a person feel happier and more positive? In addition to offering a mood boost, smiling helps our bodies release cortisol which provides numerous health benefits including reduced blood pressure and increased endurance.
Sounds like a great prescription doesn't it? We cannot change our yesterdays, but all of us can change our todays and tomorrows.
So go ahead ... make a list of what makes you smile, and then go out of your way to have those things in your everyday life!!

This week, stop and think about the things that make you smile, and write them down. The next time you feel a little blue, go out of your way to be around one of the things on your smile list.
