Where Do You Spend Your Time?
Dalai Lama once said: "There are two days in the year that nothing can be done. One is called Yesterday and the other is called Tomorrow. Today is the right day to Love, Believe, Do and mostly Live."
Yet interestingly, we spend a lot of time in these two days where nothing can be done! No matter what, we cannot change Yesterday, yet we dwell on things that happened in the past, replaying those situations. Likewise, no matter what, we cannot control Tomorrow. Yet we often get caught up thinking about what will I do the next day or next week.
So why do we not spend more time in Today? We have a difficult time embracing the moment, and letting it just evolve naturally. But that is what real living is.
Today is the right day to Love, Believe, Do and mostly Live.
This Week's Focus:
This week, try to take some time each day to just sit by yourself quietly and just breathe. See where it leads you ... this is what living today is all about.
