Who Are YOUR People?
I recently had the luxury of spending two weeks in Massachusetts visiting with family and friends. Not only was the cool weather a welcome relief, but so was the priceless time with valued relationships.
It did not matter what we were or were not doing ... what mattered was the time together just talking, laughing or at times crying together.

Spending time with people you care about is really one of the best therapies to feeling better. Do you know why? Because they boost our happiness and even our health. Numerous studies have shown that “Every friend makes you healthier; every friend makes you happier." That does not mean social media friends and contacts, but real dear and close friends, which are hard to find. There are plenty of things in the world to be bothered by right now. Give yourself a break and feel better spending time with those special people in your life, either in person, on the phone, or online.
This Week's Focus:
This week, when you feel frustrated with all the happenings in the world, take some time with those priceless people in your life.
